The terms and conditions governing your use of Vitora's platform and healthcare services.
By accessing or using Vitora Health LLC's ("Vitora") platform, services, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Vitora provides subscription-based healthcare services focused on performance optimization, longevity, and preventive medicine. Our services include but are not limited to laboratory testing, physician consultations, personalized protocols, and ongoing health monitoring. Vitora's services are not intended to replace emergency medical care or primary care for acute conditions.
Not Emergency Services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Vitora's telehealth platform is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.
Vitora subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified at enrollment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date. Vitora reserves the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Vitora's services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. However, no physician-patient relationship is established until you have completed an intake assessment and your care has been accepted by a Vitora physician. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatments provided through our platform are subject to the professional judgment of your assigned physician.
Results may vary. Vitora makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes, performance improvements, or longevity effects from our programs.
By using our telehealth services, you consent to receiving medical care via electronic communication. You acknowledge that telehealth services have certain limitations and that in-person evaluation may sometimes be necessary. Vitora physicians reserve the right to refer you to in-person care when clinically appropriate.
You agree to:
All content on the Vitora platform — including protocols, educational materials, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of Vitora Health LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vitora in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Vitora reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
